SHIPPING POLICY
For shipping within Australia, all items will be shipped in a tracked satchel at a flat rate of $10. We can also ship worldwide; prices will be determined on an individual basis. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our terms and conditions are in line with the Australian consumer laws. We do not refund for change of mind purchases but will happily except an exchange up to 14 days except with books and patterns. We will gladly offer a refund, repair or exchange on items found to have a manufacturer’s fault. No exchange or refund on sale items. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase .
